Tour bookings are available various days throughout the week and weekend. We book only (1) wedding/event per weekend. We look forward to talking to you soon.

Prices for Venue:

January, February, July & August: $3500 (plus $250 refundable damage/trash pickup deposit)

March - June; Sept. - Dec. : $4000(plus $250 refundable damage/trash pickup deposit)

“Day of” Insurance required and proof of securement required 30 days prior to Event date.

Dates on or near major holidays will be considered and are subject to special pricing

Payment schedule and such:

  • A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of the Venue Rental amount is due upon execution of the rental agreement.

  • 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of remaining balance will be due 6 months prior to the Event Date, or at the date of booking if that date is less than 6 months from the Event Date. (total amount for overnight accommodations and bar/security fees)

  • The final NON-REFUNDABLE balance is due 30 days prior to the Event date along with $250 damage/trash removal refundable deposit.

*** You will be invoiced by email/text for each payment approximately 2 weeks prior to due date. A charge of $50 will be assessed for any check returned for insufficient funds. Peaceful Pines reserves the right to charge late fees for payments not made on time. Cash and/or checks accepted. ***Zelle is preferred payment method. Venmo also accepted.

Price Includes: Venue Rental Saturday 10am to midnight. Gates close/lock at midnight.

Venue gate opens at 1:00pm on Friday with access for decorating and rehearsal. Gates close at 8:00pm (unless other times agreed on)

Two hour scheduled Engagement photo shoot on property

Rustic barn for reception/ceremony with multiple bathrooms, bar and seating for 120-150 guests. Multiple chandeliers and rustic fixtures with (3) sides that open to the outdoors (or can remain closed to protect from the elements)

Access to homestead’s private entrance guest quarters for preparation for ceremony. Includes hair-and-makeup stations, (2) full baths, refreshments, televisions and sitting areas to relax

Access to rustic cabin for ceremony preparation with (2) full baths, a kitchenette, snacks and a television with lounge area

Rain plan (just in case)

Additional information:

**To ensure refund of damage/trash pickup deposit, all trash must be cleared from venue grounds and placed in provided receptacles. All decorations/personal items must be removed. Venue must be free of damages**

BARTENDING SERVICE with TABC certified bartenders is required if alcohol will be served. The vendor must present their Certificate of Liability Insurance to Peaceful Pines Management team at least 30 days prior to event. Peaceful Pines does have a preferred vendor and their information will be provided to you.

Overnight accommodations in cabin (2 full baths): Booked through Air BnB. Approx. $165.00 per night Plus 7% county tax, 6% state tax.

Overnight accommodations in guest quarters of main house with private entry $125 per room (2 rooms available, each sleeps 2) includes private bath for each room and common sitting area/breakfast area. Includes 7% county tax, 6% state tax

***Complimentary prepackaged breakfast items and snack items for each guest staying overnight***
